Amanda Selchau, MD
Dr. Amanda Selchau provides comprehensive eye care and specializes in cataract, cornea, complex anterior segment and refractive surgery including advanced technology lenses.
Dr. Selchau graduated with a degree in chemical biology from University of California, Berkeley. She received her medical degree from Loma Linda University in California and completed her training in ophthalmology at Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Louisiana in 2020. She then completed a cornea, cataract, external disease, and keratorefractive fellowship from UT Southwestern in Dallas in 2021. She joins us from Eye Associates of New Mexico where she specialized in cataracts, complex anterior segment reconstruction including complex cataracts as well as corneal disease and corneal transplants.
Dr. Selchau loves spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking, and camping with her husband Kyle and their two golden retrievers.
